Granzer Pharmaceutical Services GmbH was founded in 2022 as a spin-off of Granzer Regulatory Consulting & Services GmbH. We are a Pharmaceutical Service Provider and Consultancy for the Development, Manufacturing and Quality Assurance of Medicinal Products. Our focus is the EU Import, Storage, Distribution and EU-Release of Investigational Medicinal Products, supporting the Clinical Trials of our Clients.

For our team in Munich, we are looking for a

Manager Clinical Trial Supply

Responsibilities
  • Compile the release documentation for clients’ clinical trials, including the PSF
  • Perform clinical distribution activities
  • Align with external CMOs and logistics providers
  • Provide advice to our clients on their clinical trial supply chains
  • Provide advice to our clients on regulatory requirements
  • Support our clients in vendor selection and qualification activities
  • Support the import processes for client IMP
  • Support project management
  • Support the maintenance of our GMP storage
  • Support the Continuous Improvement of our Pharmaceutical Quality System
  • Support inspections by authorities, client audits and self-inspections
Qualifications
  • Academic degree as a pharmacist or in a Life Science related field, or degree as pharmaceutical-technical assistant (PTA)
  • At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with relevant experience for the position
  • Excellent knowledge of GxP regulations in Europe and US
  • Willingness for occasional on-call duty
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g. meetings with clients or CDMO)
  • Strong team work ethic and sound organizational skills for functioning with a high degree of independence on projects with minimal supervision
  • Flexible working style and willingness for continuous education
  • Knowledge of IT applications such as Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Fluency in German and English
