Ulrich Granzer, Ph.D.
Managing Director
Ulrich Granzer is the CEO and founder of Granzer Regulatory Consulting & Services. In 2020, he and Christian Schlutius started to plan a spin-off to offer GMP-related services, in addition to the regulatory consulting – that was the kick-off for Granzer Pharmaceutical Services.
He graduated as a pharmacist in 1984 from the University of Marburg, followed by Ph.D. studies during which he also acted as lecturer for pharmaceutical chemistry.
Christian Schlutius
Managing Director and Qualified Person
Christian Schlutius is working in the Pharmaceutical Industry since 2007, in various positions. He has a broad experience in CMC development and GMP. Christian is one of the Lead Auditors at Granzer, with more than 50 audits over the last 3 years. Together with Ulrich Granzer, Christian Schlutius built up Granzer Pharma.
Christian studied Pharmacy in Frankfurt/Main. He is a registered pharmacist and holds a postgraduate master’s degree in Drug Regulatory Affairs.
Susanne Mailänder, Ph.D.
Principal Consultant, Qualified Person
Susanne Mailänder is the EU Qualified Person at Granzer. She joined Granzer Regulatory Consulting & Services in 2006, where she further acts as a Principal Consultant for drug development and regulatory affairs, with focus on CMC and GMP-related aspects, providing support on diverse active entities including small molecules, oligonucleotides, proteins and various dosage forms.
Susanne is a registered pharmacist and holds a Ph.D. from the University of Munich.
Carsten Kratzsch, Ph.D.
Principal Consultant, Responsible Person GDP
Carsten Kratzsch is heading the Quality Assurance activities at Granzer Pharmaceutical Services. He is the Responsible Person for GDP and one of the Lead Auditors of our company.
After studying pharmacy at University of Saarland, Saarbruecken, Germany, he qualified as pharmacist in 1999 and completed his Ph.D. in the field of novel analytical LC-MS procedures in clinical toxicology in 2004. In 2010, he received his postgraduate master’s degree in Drug Regulatory Affairs.
Carmen Müller
Consultant, Head QA and Project Management
After graduating in pharmacy from the University of Marburg in 2005, she began her professional career in the Pharmaceutical Industry in the development and production of oral dosage forms, followed by 14 years in various positions in Regulatory Affairs and Project Management.
She joined Granzer Pharmaceutical Services in 2022.
Dr. Judit Fehér, MSc
Senior Consultant, Auditor
Judit is a pharmacist with 22 years of professional experience. She holds a PharmD from the University of Szeged, Hungary. She began her professional career in the Pharmaceutical Industry in QA roles and as a Qualified Person and Responsible Person, followed by various positions in Hungarian National Institute of Pharmacy and at the Malta Medicines Authority. Before joining Granzer Pharmaceutical Services in 2024, Judit was a Senior Inspector for GMP, GDP and PhV.
